  The Great Playoff Race With two weeks left of the regular season, only one team has clinched a playoff birth. Congrats to Jack on being the first to clinch a playoff spot. I think we can all agree that no one saw coming. You can make the argument that Ryan 2 is basically in as well. Only one team has been officially been eliminated from the playoffs (RIP Coach Doug), meaning that they're 9 teams fighting for 4 playoff spots. This is the reason we play fantasy football. A Statement For Sam In week 11, Sam was able to pull out a win and beat me. I would first like to say that I predicted this would happen because the fantasy gods seem to hate me.  After a few weeks, I have returned with relatively no news. However, I have nothing to do at work on a Friday afternoon so I thought I'd go ahead and rip one of these out. Since week 11 already started, Let's just go ahead and show the current standings and then do how I think week 11 will shake out. Standings As you can, I've managed to finally win a game and get back into playoff contention. I would also like to point out that most of the teams I originally predicted to be terrible are starting to eliminate themselves from the playoffs. As you can see by my points for and points against totals, I have had some very bad luck so far. Perhaps my luck is beginning to turn as we head into week 11. Week 11 I finally get the matchup that we have been waiting for, Sam. Unfortunately for Sam, I am done with bye weeks and my team is mostly healthy. Diggs putting up 20 points on Thursday is huge.        Another week of fantasy football, another week of pain and sadness. Every team in this league seems to be pretty even, and that's a good thing. It just brings me pain. This has been an very interesting week in the league. I don't want to be that guy, but I don't think it's a coincidence that the week the newsletters come back the league went crazy. Let's begin with the trade before the games started. Trade Alert      There was a trade that was made before the week began. Keep in mind I still think it was a decent trade before the week transpired.      Let's break down this trade. At the time, Lamar was coming back so I didn't think I needed a backup as good as Flacco anymore. I thought it would be good to move up in the draft a little bit and also got a slightly worse backup in return. Then, Thursday Night Football happened and potentially ended Wentz's career.       Has Halloween is approaching, I've noticed something about the candy that people are already giving out at home and at work and such. Everything that I've seen so far appears to be the same fun pack of candy.      Every single pack of candy I have seen so far this year has been the same, Milky Way, 3 Musketeers, and Twix. Why is big candy pushing this on us? First, it was the craze of everything being "Mini". Not even fun size, something even smaller. Now it seems they are even pushing specific candy on us.      Now I'm all for these three, I actually would go as far as to say they are all in my top 5, but I miss some others. Give me some Reese's. I need that through my veins. Butterfinger is also slept on.     I will update everyone as I see if this trend continues. I will get to the bottom of this conspiracy and figure out why big candy is doing this to us.

       Welcome back everyone. It's been a long time coming, and I would like to apologize. Work has been very busy lately, and I couldn't find the time until now. As we get this recap going, I would like to jump ahead to what I'm sure people are going to say. No, I did not stop doing the newsletters because my team has collapsed. It is just an unhappy coincidence for me. The worst part? I think the future looks bleak for team as well. Let's dive in.       I am more confused with the NFL than I was last week. The Chiefs seem to be very bad this year, the Ravens lost again, and the Chargers seem to be the luckiest team int he league. From fantasy perspective , teams have now swung back to my original predictions . Let's begin. Trade Alert The first trade has been this season. Let's take a look.      That's right everyone, I officially have given up on yet another Titans receiver. For sure this is the last time I draft a receiver on the Titans right? This is clearly a win now trade for me. Jared seems to be shifting towards getting ready to rebuild, while also banking on the upside that I'm sure Ridley still has. Depending on who Jared drafts with that pick though, I might lose this trade. I do have a theory that in a dynasty draft that picks after the 1st round don't actually matter, but we will see.
